- By checking the box on the product page and placing your order, You represent and certify that You have the legal right and authority to use any intellectual property (including patterns, text, images or any other materials) which You select, provide or upload as part of this order.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Jax Fabrix LLC (the Company), as well as its officers, employees, contractors and vendors, from any and all direct, indirect or consequential claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages and liabilities, including attorney’s fees, arising out of the Company’s involvement in the transaction.
ORDERING INFORMATION
-Your custom designs must be seamless. We are not responsible for printing NON seamless files. We will do our best to catch these mistakes but we are not responsible.
-The file should be any Photoshop (PSD), JPEG, PNG, or PDF format.
- Recommended image resolution is 300 DPI.
- Please note, there are slight color differences that may occur from what you see on your computer/phone (RGB) vs what is printed (CMYK). For the best results, files should be in the sRGB color mode. RGB is acceptable.
-Printer choice scaling - if a note is left at checkout for sizing, we will scale toddler clothing with the largest image to be approximately 2-3" and bows/scrunchies approximately 1-1.5". If no note is left at checkout we will automatically scale the largest image to be approximately 2-3". If you are particular in the size you would like, but don't understand the scaling process, you are welcome to choose printers choice and let us know the exact size you need a certain image on the file to be.
-You must own the rights to the file you upload.
-If you are uploading a full yard file, please make sure it is 56"X40" to guarantee that you receive a full yard. We cannot rescale full yard files. If your full yard file is scaled wider than 56" your images may be cropped off or printed short because of shrinking.
RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY
-Flawed fabric must be reported back to Jax Fabrix within 48 hours of receiving. We will provide a shipping label to be used for the return once flaw has been confirmed.
-Flawed fabric is considered anything larger than 1 inch and more than 6 inches from the selvage lines. Please understand that small flaws in fabric will happen occasionally, but we will always do our best to make sure you’re satisfied with your order.
-We do not accept returns or order refunds. We will offer replacements only if the fabric is flawed. But, if you are unhappy with your order, please reach out.
-Fabric base may range from natural white to optic white in color.
-We reserve the right to rescale our designer prints accordingly due to pre scaling differences between each designer.
-If you are re ordering and need your design to be the same scale as your previous order, please refer back to the caption printed on your previous fabric. Each file will be notated with scaling size. We do not keep track of this information once it has left Jax Fabrix.
-Please email help@jaxfabrix.com in regards to any returns. Please allow a 24-48 business day response time.
-We do not allow cancellations once orders have been placed.
DISCLAIMER: colors will vary on fabrics. Different fabric bases will yield different color outputs based on the printing method used and fiber contents. For example, the same file printed on DBP & French Terry will have slight color variations. Fabric printing from one company to another will never be the same. We strive to get our colors as accurate as possible, but printing is an art, not a science. Refunds/returns will not be issued due to dissatisfaction with colors or color differences between fabric bases.
