• When will my order ship?
Our current turn around time is 4 - 7 business days. Finished items up to 14 business days.

This does not include weekends or holidays.
Turn around time does not include shipping transit.

• Scaling help
Most files will work in the following scales:
➝ Bows, Headbands, Scrunchies: 3 x 3, 4 x 4
➝ Clothing: 8 x 8, 10 x 10

If you are particular in the size you would like, but don't understand the scaling process, you are welcome to select "Printers Choice" and leave a note with the exact size you need a certain image on the file to be.
